Inter Miami co-owner Jorge Mas is confident Lionel Messi will stay at the club until the end of his contract in 2025 and possibly into the 2026 season.
Messi’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in mid-2023, after which he sign with Inter Miami and is contract to the MLS club until the end of the 2025 season.
In the 2024 season, Inter Miami won the Supporters’ Shield, which is award to the team that finishes first in the regular season standings, but when it came to the playoffs, they fell from the first stage, losing to Atlanta United, causing Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino to resign as head coach.
